- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricinging can be discussed prior to the job and also sometimes if the time frame would be a little hard to determine I can pre negotiate pricing to a flat rate so my customers can know what to expect before getting themselves into something they can't afford
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I greet them with the up most respect as an introduction determines what can happen next. The good thing is nothing will change through out their whole experience with me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I constantly stay up to date of new technology by conversations with people in same field, technology seminars, magazines, news, and internet.
