I ask questions about your particular issue so I can get a firm understanding of your needs and can give you a fair unbiased cost assessment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 31 years of computer experience which include iPhone and iPad devices: Repair of cracked screens Cell phone battery replacement for those sealed case phones. Laptops and Desktops: installing hardware and operating systems, virus removal and replacement of components as needed. For laptops, I also replace cracked or broken LCD screens.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out fixing my own stuff and am now sharing my experience with you.
