FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $40 per hour for personal chef services. I am happy to discuss rates for events, nutrition consultation, cooking classes, or other services based on individualized details of these services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with new customers to discuss likes and dislikes, expectations for our work together, and sample menus. From there, we'll discuss schedules and estimated costs, then I'll get to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. In addition, I have a Master's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Saint Louis University and am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian in the state of Missouri. I have experience working in restaurants, as a culinary instructor, as a personal chef, as a pastry chef, and as a recipe developer and food photographer.
