Abe did an outstanding job installling tile in my new construction home. He was easy to work with and our collaboration produced beautiful results. Exceeded expectations.

We hired Abe to lay tile in a bathroom that was new construction. He did not complete the job in the time frame that he promised and he washed out his materials in our alley causing very dirty runoff. Worst of all, the tile job was not completed properly. It was uneven and he placed the tile directly on the subfloor without any backer board. This made the tile very uneven and will cause the tile to fail quickly. After consulting with several experts, we are tearing the tile out and paying someone else to do it properly. I now have to re-buy the tile, pay for labor costs again, and pay for removal and disposal of the old tile. I have asked him for a refund twice, but he has not responded. He still insists the job was done properly. Professionals do not lay tile that way.

We stand by our work and we appreciate the opportunity to work with you and apologize for all the inconvenience. As We stated in personal correspondence the hardy backer install or floor leveling was never discussed before the install or during and was not on the estimate sent. The floor was done correctly, because we still water proofed it without hardy backer. Regardless as a courtesy we will refund you the cost of the tile. As labor is non-refundable and we purchased the motar and grout. I believe you had 8 boxes at 24$ a box is 200$. We will mail you a check.
