- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge no upfront fees to our clients. Our clients don't owe us anything if we don't secure a recovery for them. In essence, no risk to our potential clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to have a free, brief (less than 5 minute) interview with one of our experienced attorneys. After your initial interview, we handle everything else. Our process is very simple and client friendly.
