- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Virus removal is per hour. my rates at a customer's house $80. If dropped off at my house for a 24-48 hour turn around, is $60 per hour. System optimization $20 on top of any other service. If there is none needed or there is none needed, I will advise that. Parts, cost plus 15% Labor for hardware install $50 per hour

- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Customer brought in a mac they recently purchased and their old pc. They wanted to transfer data from the pc to the mac. Upon investigating the old pc, I was able to remove all traces of viruses, remove unwanted programs, and improve overall performance to better than when they first bought it. They were so impressed, they sold the pc and nearly recouped the amount they spent on the iMac.
