- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Tax Prep fees are based on the form type and schedules required to complete the return.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers will be sent a 2017 Tax Organizer via e-mail, detailing the information and tax forms that will be needed in order to complete their tax return. A time will then be set- up for the client to meet and the return will be completed at that time. For clients with travel issues, all correspondence can be done via phone and e-mail with the completed return being e-mailed, faxed or mailed after the fee has been paid and the client has signed the tax return.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to having a B.S. in Business Management with a major in Accouting, I have also completed training as a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor. I have a current PTIN license through the IRS and DirecTax is an enrolled E-file Provider.
