- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have 2 types of business models. Window treatments and interior design. For window treatments, we would schedule an appointment to measure the windows, discuss your vision and then the next day submit you a quote for your product. If you approve the quote we either move forward with the order or we then meet again to review samples and selections until the vision you are looking for is achieved. All of this is done at no consultation fee and we will never rush your decisions or require you order the entire home. We will do one room at a time if you prefer. The second business plan is the interior design. This is done where we meet for a free initial consultation to review the space and discuss your vision for the space. I will then provide a free project plan where you then can decide if you would like to work with us. If so, we will submit a project schedule and get started. We charge $75 and hour for our design services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Interior Design at Texas State University-San Marcos. I worked with one of the largest architectural/design firms in Texas, GSC Architects. I've been a personal business owner for over 5 years.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always get multiple quotes. Austin is booming and the types of businesses in this city are risky. Please, if you take anything from my page, never trust just 1 quote. Always get at least 3 to get your fair evaluation. :)
