I can't say enough about Mark as a coach and a trainer. I met Mark when I was 200lbs and barely running a mile. He worked with me to help me achieve my goals and maintain weight loss. I am now training for my second marathon with Mark and I have made amazing breakthroughs due to his expertise and insight. Mark's caring attitude allows for open client communication.   • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a CSCS certified strength coach and trainer by the NSCA. I am also CPR/AED & First Aid certified by the American Red Cross. My interest in corrective exercise and close quarters with a physical therapist has helped me develop a specialty in corrective exercise and injury prevention.

    I've worked with people from all walks of life: to those simply looking to lose weight and move better to athletes like marathon runners, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu players, soccer players, triathletes and more.
