Problem was not solved and person working on computer said he didn't understand why problem happening HOWEVER after he left and had not solved problem I hired another company who fixed the problem

I'm sorry that you feel the issues weren't resolved. I explained exactly what was causing the issues. I'm sorry if you didn't understand. When I finished you tested all the Publisher's Clearing House games and had no issues playing them, nor did Firefox crash. Also, as I mentioned while I was there, there are some viruses and malware that can't and won't be detected by scanners. I recommend then to re-image the computer and offered to do exactly that to make sure the computer was completely cleaned and working as it should and you declined my offer and asked for information on upgrading to a slightly newer and better computer. I provided you with model numbers and links for the wanted upgrade. If there had been an issue, you should have reached out since I do warranty my work. I reached out and you never replied.
