- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally charge by the hour or in 4-hour segments. The price is dependent upon the work being performed. I try to work with everyone's price range. Pricing for hardware issues are normally on a case by case basis-- as it is determined by the parts price or needed repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process I go thorugh with new customers is to normally speak over the phone or in person first to gauge what it needed for the particular situation. I try to gather as much information as possible as to lessen the time it takes to resolve the concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in IT for over 10 years in various capacities. I specialize in resolving hardware and software issues. I have a Associates in Computer Information Science with a focus in Network Security.
