Introduction: I am a Chicago based dog trainer. My passion began with my childhood dog, Bijou, who taught me the depth of a dog's love and commitment. Since then, I studied dog behavior at Animal Behavior College, apprenticed under some fantastic trainers and helped grow a dog walking company from the ground up.
I have now gone independent with insurance, and my goal is to help you and your pup understand each other in a way that uses what they want to our advantage. I keep training positive and fun for both owner and dog while explaining why the behavior exists and how and why the changes will happen.

Sarah has been a huge help with the training of my Boston Terrier, Gracie. She is very patient, knowledgeable with everything I ask her, and nurturing to Gracie. Gracie absolutely adores Sarah which is a huge testament to who she is as a person. Sarah is the BEST in my opinion!

Sarah is an amazing dog walker and trainer. I had a lot of changes in my life including a move to a new apartment and my dog (Stella) was acting out with accidents in the house and I could tell she was experiencing a lot of anxiety. I met with Sarah and she explained that Stella's anxiety could be managed by mental stimulation. Sarah worked with Stella on teaching her new tricks which kept Stella happy and stimulated. She was so much happier and better behaved just after a few weeks. I highly recommend Sarah! She is extremely reliable, knowledgable, and truly cares about your dog. I'm so glad I found her.

Sarah, from the first meeting, calmed Wally (who was very anxious about people) so that by the end of that meeting, Wally was sitting on her lap listening to music! She also was able, subsequently, to expose Wally to noise and different places and he is a wonderful dog.
