- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary from job to job. It is essential that we come out and measure the roof for square footage and talk about what needs to be done in order to get an accurate price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The roof replacement process: 1. Remove and haul away old roofing materials 2. Replace any deficient plywood that is rotted or broken 3. Install edge metals on drain edges if applicable. 4. Apply the new type of roofing materials that is needed 5. Clean and detail premises 6. Get a new warranty
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
