- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is my goal to make the customer satisfied with their purchase in all aspects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Showing them the Point of Sale equipment I offer in a demonstration. Making sure to answer all their questions. Recieving their deposit or payment. Ordering the equipment, programming it to their specifications, installing it if they want, training them on operations, programming and training. Answering any questions or issues that come up after installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained in the Military as an Electronics Technician. I have worked in the Point of sale industry since 1993. With a local dealer first then with a nation wide distributor and finally as the owner of this company.
