- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is custom since all my items are made to order. I wouldn't call it complicated more like detailed. Besides isn't it better to discuss the expectations of the client before I give them a generic price. I think so and that's why I always request a consultation at least via a phone call.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to listen to my customer first then give my ideas to help make their vision a reality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read a lot. I subscribe to lots of publications with recipes and ideas in them to keep the wheels turning. I spend a lot of time on line looking for new ideas as well.
