About this pro
Jesse’s work is amazing. He came to tile my backsplash and ended up doing a ton more. I’m so grateful to have found him. He will definitely be my go to for any future work.Jun 5, 2018Verified
Jesse was fantasti--gave a very reasonable bid to replace our bathtub and install our new one, started two days later and finished over the weekend. Our bathtub looks amazing and the tile work looks perfect. Glad we finally found our contractor! Hiring him for future projects as well. We couldn't be happier. Thanks, Jesse!Nov 15, 2016Verified
Elite Contracting and Design did an amazing job on our condo. We were looking for a full remodel of our condo, which Jesse and his team completed with great success! Jesse was able to really help us figure out what look and feel we were looking for the end result. We are in love with the outcome and the relationship we gained from working with them throughout the whole process. We would recommend and use them in the future for any remodeling projects we need to be complete!Sep 14, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?PRICING My pricing system is simple. On larger projects (lasting three days or more) a fixed price will be used. For large projects I draw up a formal contract which will need to be signed by the potential client. On smaller projects (lasting 3 days or less) an hourly rate will be used. My hourly rate is $60.00/hr. I do not charge a service fee on smaller projects and there will be no hidden charges. MATERIALS Option ONE: I can provide and have all materials needed throughout your project at a 30% markup. Receipt copies available at your request. Option TWO: You can provide gift cards to a home improvement store and there would be no markup to you. I would let you know as the project goes along when your balance is getting low and needs to be reloaded. Receipt copies available at your request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? Most of my customers have an idea of what they want. But if not, the first process would be finding out all the materials needed for your job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have worked with multiple different companies to learn each individual part of my trade.
