My mom needed a new roof. She had 3 layers on and need a complete tear off. I contacted Energy Masters to do the job. I looked at their rating and reviews and I was very impressed with their AAA rating and all the positive comments. Energy Masters had a large crew to do the job. They did the job in one day! I was pleasantly surprised it was done in one day. They crew was professional, polite and did an awesome clean up job! The roof looks beautiful. Great warranty too. Jim McGuigan, owner of Energy Masters, is wonderful to work with. He explained everything that was going to be done. Even went up into the crawl space and took pictures to show my mom. I highly recommend them. Thank you Energy Masters for giving my mom's piece of mind and for doing a fantastic job.

I wanted to get energy efficient windows for my home and called 3 companies (2 large chains and Energy Masters), Jim came over to my house and was the only one that didn't try to win me over with gimmicks (slamming things into the display window, holding a torch to them etc). Instead, we had a long and intelligent discussion different manufacturers that could make the window I wanted and would meet my needs. I went with Energy Masters as I could tell Jim was genuine about the products he sells and the installation job, and I'm glad I did. Installation was smooth and painless, they actually came out in the winter and braved the cold and snow! The following year, I had a slight problem where the basement windows were icing up a bit, so I called Jim and he sent his guys out to see what was wrong. It turned out, it wasn't a problem with the windows or the installation, but actually a lack of insulation around the windows. Even though it wasn't their mistake, they decided to help me out at no cost and put in the insulation that hadn't been installed when my house was built. I would absolutely do business with Jim/Energy Masters again, and I might soon as my roof is starting to look a little worn...

Jim was quick to respond to questions and had excellent suggestions for solutions for problems that arose during the project. I felt he looked at the project as if it was for his own home which comforted me. We were very pleased with the results. Our home, with its new roof, gutters and paint, went from tired looking to sparkling.

Energy masters redesigned basement window wells and replaced the windows with glass block. Every step of the process was professional and efficiently handled. I'm thrilled with the results.

Redid all windows in basement with glass block Windows. Jim and his crew did a fantastic job. I had quotes that were a bit less but I used Jim because I knew the quality would be much better and he puts much more individual care into each customer. You pay for what you get. Go cheap-get cheap. You won't be disappointed using Energy Masters.
