FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a free phone consultation with our customer. Most customers are amazed at the things they have not considered, and appreciate our experience and expertise. For larger more complex events, we do onsite visits, planning sessions and crew assignment charts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
One of the owners of the company is a bartender trainer and expert mixologist. He has trained and graduated hundreds of top bartenders in the area from the bartending school he manages and created dozens of special cocktails for new restaurants and in area competitions. ALL of our staff have specialized training that our company provides on bartending or banquet serving.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As event bartenders, we realized there was not a service that provided expert, trained, and certified staff on a consistant basis to the industry. While bartenders are a "dime a dozen" most are not covered by Workmans Compensation or Liability insurance, leaving the client fully responsible if something bad happens. We saw the need for quality staff, appropriately insured, appropriately trained and certified... and mostly, the need for experienced staffing to assure each event is properly manned, properly equipped and goes off effortlessly.
