- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies, depending on the time duration of the service, and the products being used. There are multiple photo booth types we offer, and multiple wedding photography packages available. We are flexible on our packages and pricing, so please contact us with your unique situation so we can accomodate your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally, we will have a consultation with the customer over the phone. If needed, we will have another meeting, over the phone or in person, depending on the service requested. We normally accept all customer requests. You can also reach out to us by phone or email anytime, to initiate contact or ask questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our employees studied photography at a state college and has worked at a camera or photography company for many years prior to working at Premier Event Photography. Our staff are experienced photographers, who know not only how to handle photographic equipment, but also the people they are photographing!
