Introduction: I work with nonprofits, small business owners and entrepreneurs to develop operational management systems, leadership training, feasibility studies, marketing strategies, business basics, special events and research projects. I also conduct youth and adult workshops, seminars, conferences and training. Content includes leadership skills, problem solving, embracing change, critical thinking, handling conflict, setting expectation and boundaries, giving and receiving feedback, valuing the individual, etc. I provide event planning services such as project budgeting, budget tracking, promotion and advertising, facility coordination, registration tracking, solicitation and confirmation of funding source. I work with and coach individuals to assess, develop and implement life plans to accomplish goals.
