- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have standard pricing relative to appropriate solutions we offer. We believe that to share blanketed pricing is best inappropriate and potentially misleading. We are happy to provide you a 100% no obligation complimentary initial estimate interview.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With all of our customer we follow a three step approach as follows: 1) Evaluation & Recommendation: With our initial estimate appointment, we will learn about your needs, vision, and the current condition of the job site. We then offer recommendations base on these discoveries and their respective pricing. We do not offer pricing estimate until the full scope of the project is clear. 2) Job Scheduling & Execution: Once the job scope is clarified and recommendations are reviewed and accepted, we then work with you to establish the job start date and job duration. 3) Communication Systematization: Here at ECS, we know that remodeling can be a very stressful experience. We've learnt that a great majority of stress stems from proper communication of work progress and expectation. As such, we offer you an advance communication tool that is accessible via your computer and mobile devices. You will be able to know the progress of the project, ask questions, see progress pictures, and even make request for changes in a completely mobile and documented way. We are very proud to be able to offer this to our clients.
