- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $65 for a one hour personal training session and reduce the prices when purchasing more than one at a time. (prices may vary with location/distance) I charge a $13 dollar drop-in fee for my boot camp and charge less if purchasing more then one at a time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a brief conversation on the phone with the customer to get an idea of what type of training they are looking for and what goals they might be trying to meet. I then schedule the first appointment where I get more details, do some assessments, answer any questions and get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified Personal Trainer. I have a N.C.C.P.T (National Counsel for Certified Personal Trainers) certification. I am CPR/ AED certified for Adult/Infants through ASTI and American Safety Institute. I have taken continuing education courses for: Balance and Stability Training Stability Ball and Uneven Surfaces Training Agility Training Corrective Exercises Gerontology
