- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Real Estate Photography pricing is set and is based on the size and location of the home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Fair Market Photo offers easy and convenient scheduling. Simply Text/Email/Call and provide the following information: - Listing address - Requested date and time for the photo shoot, please include a range. - Level of service: Professional or Express We will provide you with a quote and options for appointment times nearest your requested time as soon as possible. We will arrive and ready to start taking photos at our agreed upon time, so please be early to have the home ready for photos. The photos will be delivered via email (MLS-sized files) and via a download link included with Virtual Tours (print sized files). Photos are delivered on the morning following the photo shoot when the Professional level of service is selected, or in the evening of the same day when the Express level of service is selected. Earlier delivery is not available for the Professional level of service due to increased editing hours. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us!
