We guarantee our work but don't cover accidental damages to our work. These include things such as any individuals besides us working around our holiday displays that create damage, stormy weather damage, faulty electrical, modifications to our work, and so on. If any of these take place we require a service charge of $75 + material cost to come out and fix the display. If you have any questions about what may be included in this please ask. Thank you!

P.S. Since we get charged for every reply to your inquiry of a quote. Please when messaging us directly for a job be somewhat descriptive of what exactly you are trying to do in the job description. To better help us understand if this is something we can help you with. I.E. lighting just the roof? All side of the house? Just lights? What kind of lights mini, c7, c9...?
If this involves lighting trees please state the kind of tree, and roughly how tall the tree is, the dimension of tree trunk, how many trees, and if you plan to just wrap the trunk or light up the whole tree. Also do you have electricity(power) to the location you want lights at? Pictures are always the best too especially when inquiring about a roof lining.
