FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is generally done on a per-page basis, except for large projects that are more economically priced with a set fee for the entire project. Per-page pricing is differentiated by type of client, such as Student, Non-profit, For Profit, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the potential client (at no charge) to learn more about the goals of his/her project. At this time we also discuss deadlines and projected costs. No work begins without a signed work agreement that let's the client know exactly what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had a long career at UNLV before opening my business after taking early retirement. I began my career as a proofreader and editor while serving as Publications Director at the university, where I was responsible for all printed materials. I later served in executive positions for the university President and two Vice Presidents, where I further honed my writing skills.
