I have a bachelor's degree in exercise science and physical education. I am both an ACE and AFFA certified personal trainer, an ISSA fitness nutrition specialist and an NPC bikini competitor as well as a certified yoga and Pilates instructor.
My extensive knowledge of biomechanics and 15 years of experience have enabled me to help my clients reach their fitness goals. My "Partners Training" is customized for all fitness levels, and I assist both partners with motivation and goal setting.
