Introduction: Personal training and fitness are my passion and I love helping people reach their goals. I have been training for 8 years and have experience working with the military, pre and post-natal mamma's, seniors, general population, extremely fit and sedentary folks. While working on base in Ohio, I developed and instructed a remedial PT program for military members that were struggling to pass PT tests. I also teach a variety of classes, such as functional fitness, HIIT, cycling, strength, TRX and more! We can work out at Scott AFB, in home or at Next Level in Collinsville. Working with people to reach their health and fitness goals is extremely rewarding. It's fantastic to see the happiness that exercise can bring people.

I did some homework prior to looking for a personal training and Rachel has met all of my expectations. She was very prepared for the initial consultation. Everytime we meet I learn something new about fitness and areas I need to work on. My training sessions have been going well.
