- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This depends on length of the session (30-90 minutes typically), the distance traveled, and how many sessions are booked. Clients can purchase single sessions as well as small packages with multiple sessions. I also work with small groups, which would decrease the cost. I am willing to work with your budget to help tackle your goals!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we discuss goals, timeline and health history. The first session is a good time to get to know each other and also perform a fitness assessment (height, weight, measurements).
