- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a fitness evaluation to see what your fitness level is, how flexible you are. We go over any injuries and/or limitations and discuss how to work around them while also improving them. Its also important to see how well you and your trainer get along and whether you feel that person is able to motivate you or not. There are many other things such as diet, supplements, how much weight loss, and time you have available to commit, etc.
