For her birthday, my friend received a private cooking session with wine pairing with Lily and she invited me to attend with her. How lucky was I! We had such a great time in our cooking session learning to make amazing French dishes - an outstanding tomato tatin tarte for an appetizer, a fish provencale and eggplant crumble for the main course, and chocolate choux for dessert. I can't even pick a favorite, they were all AMAZING. Lily was warm and welcoming and very knowledgeable in the kitchen, specializing in French recipes and focusing on ingredients that are in season. She even has an amazing vegetable garden at her home where she sources a lot of her ingredients for the cooking session. We spent about 3 hours cooking our 3 course meal, and at the end we sat down to a beautifully set dining table to enjoy our dishes. Lily's husband did the wine pairings with each course with outstanding French wines. The food was incredible and we can't wait to make the dishes again in our own homes. I highly recommend a cooking session with Lily!

I work in the Cultural department of the French Cultural Center in Boston and Aurélie has partnered with us for one of our family events, the Fete des Rois, held on January 9th.
Aurelie has done an outstanding job by preparing 100% home made and from scratch, eight gorgeous galettes. They were delicious and '' even better than in France'' some attendees said.
I have only worked with Aurelie for one time but I know that I would definitely contact her again for other events related to French food. or French cooking classes.
She is also very friendly and sweet and it is a great pleasure to partner with her.

Aurelie is fantastic and we had a wonderful, relaxing afternoon learning how to make 3 dishes. She made it simple to learn and the food we made was STUNNING! I can't wait to go back and learn more, merci beaucoup!
