- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. We do have a base rate. The price can increase depending on how far we have to travel, and if there is something special that needs to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a list of questions which vary from job to job. The questionnaire is a way for us learn the individual's specific needs. Then we strive to provide the Bes Service available.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years ago while in high school, I would train dogs in obedience skills, potty training, guard dog response for a major police department, and trained numerous dogs in the art of hunting and how to retrieve. Later, I once trained in Ruidoso, New Mexico as a horse jockey. At the same time I worked for a leading trainer in all aspects of care for the horses. I even learned how to administer oral and interventions drugs. After a major growth spurt I headed to college and entered the financial business world. Now I'm retired and can do what I love best...take care of animals.
