- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing given is based off the use of standard grade materials. We welcome the use of upgraded materials at an increased rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are encouraged to discuss the scope of the project with the contractor. GM Construction will then provide the customer with a project proposal and later, a contract. GM Construction is open to adding to and amending projects following discussion of options.
