Tyler and Elmer did excellent work after my basement flooded right after I moved into my house. The job ended up being quite extensive, requiring not just remodeling a previously finished basement but waterproofing measures both inside and outside. I was satisfied with the timing of the project and they were patient as I had to be to ensure we had a better understanding of where the water was coming from. It was a series of problem/solutions and as I said became comprehensive. I felt the pricing was good considering research I had done on costs of the type of work. We recently hired this company to finish our basement, and they truly transformed what was basically a cement box into pretty much a full one-bedroom apartment (we’ve got a bedroom, full bath, and two living spaces!). We always felt included, respected, and confident that the work was being done with care and transparency (which, transparency was HUGE for us, as it tends to be the last thing you experience when dealing with contractors).
