- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't charge for drive time because I stay close to my house. I want to be so proud of my work and make you so happy that you'll smile when you see me at the local supermarket. Other than that I charge by project depending on the amount of time and difficulty and If time is not of the essence to you there is an extra discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know the client first. As irrelevant as what's your favorite color or your favorite type of music may seem it let's me know the person better in order to serve them better. Quality vs quantity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was in the carpenters union and mostly learned by inheritance my father was a carpenter.
