- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to work with clients in our showroom. This way they can see the products we offer and get an idea of what they like and get educated about the floor and the installation process. We help our clients learn what products are best for their home and lifestyle, then send them home with plenty of samples. In-home estimates are done by our own salespeople, not outside contractors who only measure, and we can help you select a product that is right for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All three of our sales ladies have extensive experience in flooring. We keep ourselves and our showroom samples current with newly released products, and stay on top of the installation methods appropriate for those products. We understand quality, and we are conscious of the ecofriendly nature of each product.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of our clients are homeowners who want to upgrade their flooring, or buyers who just purchased a new home. We also take care of small business owners' flooring needs, from yoga studios, to dentist offices, to retail shops.
