I did my first figure show at the age of 48 and placed last in every category. Hell yeah I was upset but decided not to give up and find the right trainer to get me to the next level, that trainer was Mike Gill. Mike got me back up on that stage at the age of 49 in women's physique category and I won 1st place. Mike will create a plan that works for you, I never did the same workout twice. If you want change Mike is the guy that will make it happen. I am stronger both physically and mentally

In my opinion Mike's the best there is. I've worked with many other trainers in the past and no one has the approach and knowledge that he possesses. He actually makes working out fun and interesting, tailoring exercises to meet your specific goals and gets you in shape in the process. I've had an incredible time training with him, have learned a lot and have certainly seen results. If you're wondering, I'm a middle aged white collar worker that spends most of my time at a desk on the phone and behind a computer. For me personally, the most important take away is that I feel good, and that is something that is priceless.

For the last five years I have been training with Michael, I feel better now in my fifties then I did in my forties. Not only has Michael helped me become more physically fit, he has helped me become more mentally be fit also. I am able to look at life in a hole new way. He is the best.
