We meet together to discuss the services wanted by the owner. We discuss the terms and contract of such services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Stephanie has her Master's degree in business management. Both Aaron and Stephanie have been managing properties for over 7 years. Stephanie is registered with the Utah Apartment Association, and participates in the Good Landlord Program.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started this work by managing our own rental properties and then moved into doing this service for others. Both Aaron and Stephanie have a passion for real estate, with over 10 years combined experience in managing rentals, renovation projects, repairs and maintenance, yard care management, and tenant occupancy.
