FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because every project is unique and tailored to my client's home and/or business, I do not have flat pricing. I have super low overhead and am very efficient so my prices fair especially for the quality and experience I bring to the table.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is always open and transparent communication. I make sure my client knows how to reach me and that we are always on the same page. No one likes surprises so I make sure my clients always know what to expect before, during and after the project. Before the project, we go over everything making sure they have a clear understanding of what's going to be done and how long it's going to take. We also agree on price at this point. During the project, I always make the client aware of unexpected situations and get their sign-offs on anything requiring an opinion. After the project, we go over every detail making sure they're completely satisfied and understand how to use their new equipment. The last step is getting a signature of approval and collecting payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Beyond taking the typical industry classes that manufacturers and distributors offer, I have over 18 years of hands on training and experience. I've worked in multi-million dollar homes and ran projects as big as entire military base installations.
