FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
General service requests are a flat rate depending on distance traveled and time. I.E. $50 to come out and unclog the sink, minus the cost of any new replacement parts required. you require more repairs I generally give a flat rate instead of hourly charges and I generally schedule more time to complete larger repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to see what issues they are having, approach any questions or concerns. I also like to educate my clients so they understand the process if they are curious. Then I pursue the work, finish, and clean the work area.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always learning new skill sets to offer, I love technical works that require attention to detail. New challenges along the way push me to learn more from the situation.
