Nelson was very prompt in replying to my needs. However, he used the wrong caulk on three showers. The caulk needed 24 hours to dry before being subjected to moisture. Since the the units were tenant occupied, the showers were used soon enough after the job that some of the caulk washed away completely. I personally removed the rest of the incorrect caulk and re-caulked with a Silicone product that dries in 3 hours. I bare part of the blame for this occurring as I looked at the caulk prior to the job and let myself be talked into an inferior product that was wrong for the job. I wasted my time and money, but learned a valuable lesson in the process. I know more than many "professionals" and I need to trust myself. I could have prevented this nightmare.

Nelson was very responsive, timely, fair and honest and he did a very good job overall. I would hire him again. He was also forthright when one of the tasks was something which he felt he could not do well; he declined that part of the project respectfully. TMH

I had a few miscellaneous projects that I needed help with around my rental house that I just didn't have time to complete on my own. Nelson responded to my request on Thumbtack and came out the next day so we could walked through the items I needed completed
installing a backsplash in my kitchen, repairing some broken tiles in a shower, installing a sink in the bathroom, and installing a few plumbing fixtures. He provided me with a very fair quote on the spot. He completed everything to my extremely picky standards AND within the time frame he set out. Needless to say, I will definitely be hiring him again for my next project!
