I first asked Chris Hatch to assist me with my air conditioner problem two years ago. He immediately responded and the same day investigated the problem, took pictures, and shared the situation with me. He was able to fix my concern the next day. I have had Chris replace my father's air conditioner before selling his home. Just this month Chris did a yearly check up and I have found Chris, responsible, experience, knowledgeable, dedicated, professional and very efficient. I highly recommend Chris.
