- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I mostly base my prices on square footage of the work to be repaired.And in regards to moving jobs I base job on how many items need to be moved , how long it will take and how much driving will be required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process of working with a customer is to find out what a customer what done and to do it at an affordable price that the customer and myself will be happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
