- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing may vary from home to home. For example, we charge more for deep cleanings vs. standard cleanings. Not all houses are the same nor have the same expectations of areas they want cleaned. We discuss the customer's needs so we can give them the best price possible. We also offer 10% off in support of our veterans and 10% off for senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is to go over the customer's home so we can give them the best cleaning possible. Once we have established their needs and wants we schedule the initial cleaning. We send our highly trained crew of 2 unless a larger crew is requested in advance. We always follow-up the next day to insure your satisfaction with our company. If for any reason our customer is not satisfied with our work our 100% satisfaction guarantee will apply or you don't pay.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners are trained one on one. We are always keeping up with the best cleaning products and the most efficient ways to clean your home. We routinely inspect to make sure our cleaners are always doing their best.
