FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well to begin we start with consultation, then we begin a trial period to see if you are truly ready to undertake such a huge commitment. Finally after discussing contracts we begin training taking everything one rep, one set, one day at a time
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ISSA certified fitness trainer and nutritionist as well as a USAF physical training assessment coordinator and a American Heart Association CPR life saver
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look closely at the certification and type of trainer they are. It makes a huge difference trainers from the national academy of sports medicine or NASM are the ones you find working for gyms and health clubs because that's a popular starting certification typically trainers from the international school of sports science are a little more detailed and in depth because they don't certify for an over all compass most if not all are specialists in one or more fields. So do your research on the schools as well as the trainers it will tell you a lot about their particular training style
