- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The representatives from GAF, the nations leading shingle manufacturer come to our office regularly and train our entire staff on product, installation technique, warranties and many other details involved in roofing. The industry changes constantly so it is imperative that we all remain up to speed on all of the latest developments.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been interested in construction. I got my start in the business back in the 1990s when I was living in Vail Colorado. I would work in the ski industry during the winters and worked with a residential construction company in the summers.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common type of job that we do is a full roof replacement provided by the homeowner's insurance company.
