- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I discuss my prices personally with every client to ensure that they are receiving a fair and appropriate price for the services requested. I also provide discounts for large parties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a consultation which entails discussing the event, ideas or preferences that the client may have, client skin type and possible allergies, how long the application will take, the products that I will be using, and finally the cost if we have not discussed it previously. I then begin the makeup application process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly participating in continued education courses and keeping up on the latest styles and trends.
