- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually by the hour for smaller tasks that will take 1-4 hours to complete. For larger tasks I like to quote a price for the project such as painting and drywall projects
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Lets face it, Working through texts and emails it is easy to leave out details that can affect the cost and timeline of completing a project. I like to speak to a new customer over the phone and possibly make a visit to their location if the size of the project is rather large.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years experience in electronics repair and troubleshooting. Working as a service representative for that amount of time I have learned how to communicate with the clients and reassure them I am going to do what is right for them and build long term satisfied client relationships. My experience in home services comes from owning homes and helping friends with homes that are not comfortable in doing some of the common home maintenance things that are required when owning a home.
