Introduction: I provide individual and couple’s therapy. I believe the healing is in the client/therapist relationship and I provide a safe non-judgmental space for you to explore what it is that’s stopping you from being successful in life. I focus on helping you learn how to listen to yourself and to others and to learn how to communicate clearly what you want and need. It’s amazing how many people don’t know what that is. I encourage you to identify the negative messages from your past that have stopped you from thriving. I teach tools and skills to manage overwhelming feelings so that you can learn how to manage your moods and not have them manage you. There is relief in finding out what makes you operate the way you do and to talk about those things that often are kept locked away. Sometimes simply unburdening yourself and knowing that someone has your back and can help support you through this thing called life, is all it takes.
