- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I either price my services via project as a lump sum (projects) or as an hourly rate. I don't put myself in a category that will keep me from helping people. It just depends on the level of service I am providing, the type of project, for how long and intense it is. I have ranges that I can provide, but it's best to contact me with your list of tasks and then I can put together a quote for hourly or a project lump sum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a complimentary 15-30 minute phone conference or face to face meeting to assess the goals and needs of the client. I then map out a plan for services based on the requirements and specifications. If we are in agreement, we sign policies, procedures and rate forms. We then do business with each other, which in turn makes life easier for you and your project or work is accomplished.
