I had a 18' x 20' barn that was leaning about 8 inches to the east. My insurance agent was threatening to cancel my home owners policy. I had other contractors look at it and their advice was to knock it down and remove it. Dan stood the barn back up so that the bubble in the level was dead on center. He then reinforced the garage by putting plywood on all the walls and adding brackets and 2 x 4s in the rafters. He rehung the big doors, created a room (storage shed) within the barn, and rebuilt my fence. Dan did what he said he was going to do, showed up when he said he would show up, and his work was excellent. He also answered my calls and communicated back to me as the project progressed. Dan saved me a lot of money by saving the barn. I recommend him without hesitation.

Mr. Black sent an email, he was not been considered for the job nor was he hired as he has obviously informed you. If this is any indication of his credibility we would not want him to work for us anyway.

We recently needed our 550 sq ft deck refinished and Dan went above and beyond what myself and my husband ever expected. Nobody could come close to his bid! Every square inch of our deck looked brand new when he was finished and he did the job in only two days. He kept us informed at all times and was respectful in our place and cleaned up every little thing when he was done. We didn't have to lift a finger!! I would recommend Dan again in the future and we plan on using him again. Thank you again!!!!!!!

I feel very lucky that Dan was available and willing to repair my deck. The job was to remove and reconstruct part of a large redwood deck, including some structure underneath. welding certs. and years of handyman work. I've done framing flooring handrail repair home and Industrial sheetrock and mudding to and painting of cement floors all at jobs I've had work for.
