Mr. Lopez and I spoke by phone regarding the problem I had with my sprinkler system. He asked me a few questions regarding my sprinkler system and gave me a very reasonable quote. One of his questions was whether the valve was PVC or brass, from looking at it I assumed it was PVC. When Mr. Lopez and his employee arrived it turned out that i was wrong it was brass. They quickly began repairing the valve and because i was wrong, Mr Lopez had to go get parts. When he got back finished repairs showed me what he and his employee had replaced. They placed sod and dirt back, cleaned up spread extra dirt around and completed repair. I asked Mr. Lopez what i owed him expecting it to be more than his original quote since I was wrong. I was very surprised to learn that he stayed with his original quote. Not only would i hire Mr. Lopez again, i would refer him to my family and friends. It refreshing to find in this day and age a company that does quality work at a reasonable price.

I called Proland after another contractor no showed for his appointment. I called around 0945 to inquire about Proland coming out to fix my sprinkler system. They came out at noon the same day and the job didn't get finished until 1730. Not once did I feel like I was getting ripped off or they were rushing through the job because I was a last minute book. My job should have cost close to $800 but Proland charged me half of that. After the job was done, they left my yard clean and free of debris. After everything was said and done he even gave me tips on how to do simple sprinkler head adjustments and replacements. I will definitely recommend this to every one in need of a sprinkler man.

Anibal assisted with the sprinkler system for the new house recently purchased.
He was able to quickly repair two sprinkler heads and unclog an additional head. He also spent time reviewing each head, its water coverage on the ground, and adjusted any if needed.
Anibal is very knowledgeable of the San Antonio water regulations as well as landscaping and irrigation needs. Was pleased with his work!

Anibal contacted me soon after my request to install a sprinkler system. He went to my home the next day as agreed to provide me with a bid. I accepted his bid and he sent me a contract with the details including an impressive drawing that showed the location of the sprinkler heads, valves, backflow, and timer. I admire that because some contractors refuse to document anything, which is generally a red flag for me. Anibal started and completed the work on schedule and budget, and the system works great. Thank you, Anibal for your excellent communication, professional design, and perfect sprinkler system. I highly recommend ProLand.
