The first year (2016) Mike of R.S.M. Property Maintenance mowed my property, I liked his service. He mowed, trimmed, blew off the cuttings, etc. I had no real complaints. Occasionally, it would take him a week to get back about scheduling a lawn mowing, but I know he is a busy man. I paid him, he cashed the checks, we had a good business relationship, I thought. Around March-ish 2017 I texted him to see when he could continue this year (2017). I called him after a week, still no response. I texted him numerous times, and called and left several voice messages over a month or two time period. NO response. None. Not a phone call, not an instant message on Thumbtack, not a text message. Not even a message back, as I requested, to let me know he could not this year for whatever reason, so at least I would know to get some else! Wow! I do not know what happened. In the dark. :(

Mike does a great job on our lawn for a very reasonable rate. We have over 2 acres and it is a big job! He is easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Mike Allison came on the day he said he would. Before 10 days of rain I fertilized my lawn. He mowed my 9" high lawn twice to make sure he got everything. He collected all of the cut grass. He trimmed everything that needed to be trimmed. He cleaned up the sidewalks and driveway well and he stayed until 8:30 pm to make sure it was done right.
The cost was reasonable considering the amount of work required to get the lawn back to normal. Now I can get back to mowing it myself again.
